My name is Mark Taylor and I am as regular a guy as you would ever meet, just with a huge passion to make the best possible life for me and those around me. I have a beautiful partner, Sharon, and we live together just outside Darlington in a beautiful small village called Middleton St George. Sharon works part time giving a whole lot of care to some of the elderly folk who have retired and are looking to enjoy the time they have left. I am lucky to have found an amazing way of developing long term residual income so I can spend more time doing the things I want to do rather than the things I do not. It wasn’t always that way!
Before entering the world of home businesses I was in The Armed Forces. I joined straight from school into an Apprentice Scheme for two years and on to a 14 year career. I enjoyed the forces for most of those years travelling the world and making some great friendships. The money was OK, nothing spectacular but it paid the mortgage and gave us a holiday here and there. I was promoted fairly quickly and as a young Sgt life was pretty wicked, It wasn’t long though before I started to feel that I wanted more. I had outgrown what the Army could really offer me, so I started to look at different opportunities to make a little extra. I soon realised that the sky really was the limit and why look for a little extra when you could make a fortune.
Anyway…..I started a couple of business’s under the radar of my employer’s (not easy when your employers actually have Radar in house lol) and quickly had some success followed even quicker by some failure. Overall though I learned and that was key to my future success!.
Now I won’t lie, my first business was a multi level business that had come over from the states, as they do, and I was caught up with a lot of hype and ‘california motivation’ which had far more froth than substance. Over time many joined me in my business and after some time many left with a bitter taste of failure blaming the company, products or both!. I certainly learned that to make it in this type of business was going to take a great deal of effort and some sacrifice. I was continually replacing the people I was losing and I started to find the daily grind of prospecting and training was taking it’s toll on me and my family. It was some time later I realised that I needed a different business model to find the elusive success I was looking for. I needed to find a mentor, someone who could guide me through the minefield of home business opportunities and information that started to bombard me along my journey.
So I started my journey, I moved from offline to online business opportunities realising the awesome power of leverage that the internet can wield. I picked up a copy of The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss and Bingo it hit me like a tonne of bricks. Here was the answer, all I had to do was find someone who had already acheived what I wanted to acheive and learn by their mistakes and not my own. I wonder how many people have truly gone out and done it all by themselves! I must thank those early days in business for giving me the resilience and fortitude to focus on my big dreams rather than the comfort of another beer with my so called friends.
The sheer amount of information available on the internet really overwhelmed me in the beginning, and so it was really the search for a credible mentor, someone who had already paved the way that became my number one focus. It didn’t take as long as I thought, I got hold of information from industry leaders, 7 figure earners, real people who had built huge business’s and were prepared to share their knowledge with people like me. For a few bucks I too could get hold of the very same information they had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars acquiring. With their help I was able to learn at such an unbelievable rate. What would have taken years to learn only took months. With the leverage that the internet has, you can build a massive business once you know how!.
Through implementing their knowledge (here is a clue) I was able to take advantage of what works and NOT waste anymore time and MONEY with what doesn’t. This is where most businesses fail because they can’t learn fast enough. They run out of money before they figure out what works for them. Don’t let this happen to you, because as soon as you get it right, you will be enjoying your time and money the way you want to!
Hobbies & Interests
MyInternetBusiness Cheers!
I really like my cars and bikes, although I have started to feel a little old for the hyper-sport models and have had to say goodbye to my beloved Ducati. (sad face) Going to do the old man thing and probobly buy myself a Honda. Well when we move I will have another 916 on paddock stands just to look at whilst playing snooker. That’s if Sharon doesn’t find out until it’s already in place. I’m sure she will not mind as I have just bought her a lovely Mini Cooper S and she say’s it’s her baby! (used to be me oh well).
I also like to play golf and travel and I have been lucky enough to have the time to do both. That’s the great thing about Golf as you can use it as an excuse to travel all over the world playing it. The other massive benefit of being involved in this industry is you can share the experience with other like minded successful entrepreneurs. Its a great feeling to travel and experience new countries, but it is truly amazing to take those you love with you on the journey.
Well enough of me rambling on do you want to know what enabled me and so many others to become successful online?
Automation, Leverage & Outsourcing
One of the most powerful concepts I learned from the top mentors I have worked with is to create financial freedom in my life I was going to require Leverage.
Truly understanding this concept is what separates the poor and the middle class from the wealthy. The poor will learn how to use enough leverage just to get by. The middle class will wait until they can look at their life and say “Gee, I think I’m comfortable” and then stop adding leverage to their lives. But the wealthy will keep adding more and more leverage throughout their lives to get create more and more wealth. Wealthy people understand that creating wealth involves leveraging their time and money, and that’s why they have a lot of poor and middle class working for them.
But what is leverage?
Well, my Thesaurus says it’s: influence, power, force, control, pull, weight. Simply put, leverage is doing more and more with less and less.
Less of what? Less time, less effort, less energy, less worry, less investment.
More of what? More income, more results, more value, more free time.
If you’re currently trading your TIME for MONEY, you can only exchange about 14-15 hours a day and only earn so much (and you’re literally selling your life). But if you can LEVERAGE time and have “systems” set up that run on their own, there’s virtually no limit to how much you can earn. So… the true secret to living an abundant life is not to get a great job, but to learn how to leverage your life. This has obviously been made more and more possible by having the internet at our finger tips…
Now there are certain forms of leverage that most people have absolutely no clue about. These are only used by a very small majority of every society who use it to live a life of abundance. The funny thing is, the ones that don’t know about this kind of leverage are taught to believe that these things are “too risky”! Ironically, that’s exactly why they never become wealthy themselves.
How do you leverage Time?
Well, one of the most popular ways is to become a business owner – this is someone who leverages his time by having people work for him, and/or owns a network marketing business where they earn a percentage from other people’s efforts (their downline). The other way is to be an Investor – someone who uses money as leverage.
How do you leverage Money?
You let other people’s money work for you.

Isn’t it time you started making money with Leveraging?
